I am Serina Phoenix and I am the founder and principal of STP Consulting LLC. I am a dedicated and focused communications and marketing professional based in New Orleans, LA.

I help purpose-driven organizations with integrated marketing and communications by developing and implementing strategies to meet their business needs and goals and supporting corporate/donor relations. It allows my clients to engage with a targeted community and share their unique stories.

I have 15 years of marketing and communication experience. I founded STP Consulting LLC after obtaining my MBA from the University of New Orleans. Upon graduation from Loyola University New Orleans, I gained professional experience at the Windsor Court Hotel, New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, and First NBC Bank. I've also honed my skills and shared my expertise by volunteering with various organizations across New Orleans, including Susan G. Komen New Orleans Race for the Cure, Young Leadership Council, VIA LINK, French Quarter Festivals, Inc., and Friends of City Park. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the University of New Orleans Alumni Association.
